Land surveyors play an integral role when we are involved in land subdivision, and development.  It is important to understand the criteria that you should use to select the land surveyor. Most  people select the land surveyor based on the pricing alone.  If you answer the following questions prior to ordering your survey you can avoid problems you might have in the future.

All Texas Land Surveyors have to be liscened for all work except construction staking.

  • Can the surveyor complete the job in the time frame necessary?
  • Is the quality of the what you expect?   You should always be able to ask a surveyor for an example of thier work.
  • Is the quote in the form of a contract?
  • Does the surveyor have professional land surveying liability inssurance?.
  • Check and verify the years of experience which the person possess
  • Is the price competive to other surveyors?

It is easy to compart surveyors once you have addressed the above quiestions.

Please let Town and Country Surveyors give you a quote.
